Looking for a family-friendly activity to fill your Sunday?
We’re opening our orienteering course to the public free of charge on Sunday, 24 August. Come along any time between 10:00 am and 12:00 pm.
Enjoy the course at your own pace – make it a relaxed family adventure or turn it into a competitive challenge. Complete as many or as few controls as you like.
I’ll be there to help any families who may never have tried orienteering before, so don’t be afraid to come and have a go – it’s suitable for all ages and abilities.
Bring your lunch and spend some time soaking up the beautiful surroundings of Te Kūwaha Mātauraka.
To help us know how many maps to print, please register your interest using the form below. Individuals will need their own map, but families can share one (or grab two if the kids want their own for a friendly rivalry!).
